Material answer
This range covers three glass-fiber reinforced PA66 grades for structural injection molding. 70G30L is the GF30 starting point, 70G33L provides a higher reinforcement level, and 70G43HS1L is intended for very high rigidity and low-warpage requirements. Select by part geometry, load, temperature, surface needs and molding validation.
Send the current grade, part application, key requirements and trial timing. We will use them to review a suitable material direction.
Request material matchingPA66 GF30 grade for strength and dimensional stability.
PA66 GF33 grade for demanding structural and transmission parts.
PA66 GF43 grade for high rigidity and low-warpage requirements.
For injection-molded parts where stiffness, load direction and dimensional repeatability must be reviewed together.
Grade selection should account for load, wear contact, operating temperature and the finished geometry.
It can be evaluated as a replacement candidate. Send the current grade TDS, required reinforcement level, dimensional limits and known molding settings so 70G30L, 70G33L or 70G43HS1L can be compared before a mold trial.
Provide the drawing, wall thickness, gate position, load direction, operating temperature, surface requirement and acceptable warpage. Fiber orientation and the real mold geometry are important selection inputs.
Yes. A sample can be discussed for molding and finished-part testing. Record process settings and check dimensions, appearance and the required structural behavior on parts from the intended mold.
MOQ starts from 500kg. Include the target grade, color, trial timing and estimated requirement when requesting supply details.
Compare reinforced, flame-retardant and halogen-free PA66 grades using the current material, part requirements and molding validation.
Select a current reinforced or mineral-filled PA66 match for housings and molded parts where flatness and dimensional stability matter.
Plan grade matching, sample testing and trial supply for PA66, PEEK and related engineering plastics before a production decision.
Technical values and final suitability must be confirmed against the current TDS, available COA and part validation results.
